Kidsgrove Athletic have brought in Tom Sparrow and Ben Hart on loan to help bolster the squad.

Sparrow has joined on a months loan from Stoke City. The Welshman had previously played for Wolves under 14s before joining the Potters.

He’s described as a goalscoring midfielder who reads the game well and has an excellent passing range.

While Hart needs no introduction to the Grove faithful having already had one spell with Kidsgrove earlier this season, he originally joined the club in September before being recalled by his parent Burton Albion just before Christmas.

He went onto make his debut for Nigel Clough’s team against Rochdale in late December.

Hart’s loan deal is until the end of the season.

Both are expected to be in the team on Saturday as the Grove host 4th placed Belper Town in the BetVictor Northern Premier League S/East Division.
