The new centre will be open Sunday – Thursdays at Brough Park Leisure Centre, Brough Park, Leek, ST13 6AT (10am – 4.00pm).

This is in addition to the existing semi-permanent site at Biddulph Leisure Centre, Thames Drive, Biddulph, ST8 7HL.

The above sites will also be supported by various pop-up testing sites at different locations.

Slots are available to book now on our community testing sites page.

Theses centres offer the Lateral Flow Tests to people who are NOT showing any of the recognised symptoms of Covid-19.

People who are displaying symptoms must book a swab test through the NHS. [https://www.gov.uk/get-coronavirus-test] You can also call 119 from any phone.

These swab tests are sent to a lab (PCR test), takes longer to get a result. Most people get their result the next day, but it may take up to 3 days.

If you have symptoms, you and anyone you live with should stay at home (self-isolate) until you get your result.

If you do not get your result by day 6, call:

The call centre is open from 7am to 11pm.

Staffordshire County Council is asking:

  • All residents who need to be out and about during the lockdown to have regular Covid-19 tests.
  • Anybody in a Covid hotspot area to book a test.
