Anyone wanting to make an appointment at the Kingston Centre for a future date, or who would like to make an appointment at another site, can book one online through the National Booking System by visiting www.nhs.uk, or by calling 119.
Alternatively, patients can visit one of the other walk-in clinics being held at sites across Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent.
