Officers are seeking to locate the scooter after it was rode in a dangerous manner in Shelton, Stoke-on-Trent.
Intelligence suggests it is being used in public spaces such as Hanley Park, along canal paths, and near primary schools.
Officers believe the scooter is being used by a group of males and has been linked to incidents of anti-social behavior and crime.
Police believe it is being stored in Shelton and Etruria and urge anyone with knowledge of its whereabouts to get in touch.
