Appeal After Distraction Burglary in Newcastle-under-Lyme

Officers are appealing for information following reports of a burglary at Denry Crescent, Newcastle-under-Lyme.

At around 3:30pm on Friday (15 October), two people cleaned a driveway and left the property after receiving payment. They used a machine which connects to a tap inside the address.

It is believed that an old coin collection has gone missing.

The suspects were wearing matching royal blue hoodies at the time of the incident. One is believed to be a man, aged approximately in his 40s. The other is believed to be a teenage girl.
