Moorlands Police and Leek Library are appealing for information over some missing items in Leek.

Officers have been made aware that some items, including a display stand and several books, have been taken from ASPECTS Care Services building in the Market Place, Leek.

Police are saying that it is possible that these items were taken mistakenly.

They are making the appeal on behalf of Leek library.

Anyone with information, or if you have taken them for whatever reason, you are being asked to contact contact Leek Library directly as soon as possible.

Officers have said that it is not a crime they are investigating, but rather a request to help recover these important items.
