Neil Diamond is 85 and hasn’t toured since being diagnosed with Parkinsons Disease back in 2018.
Yet people still yearn to see the great man live.
That’s where credible tribute acts step up to fill the void for those who still want to witness their heroes live on stage and hear their favourite tunes belted out – note perfect.
I have interviewed a fair few tribute acts and there is a masses who are willing to pay there hard earned cash in a bid to experience their favourite artists at their pomp.
One of the finest Neil Diamond tribute acts is Fisher Stevens. He looks and sounds like the man himself and he is bringing his show – A Beautiful Noise with it’s fully live band, including Brass and Strings, backing singers, and dancers, ‘A Beautiful Noise the definitive tribute to Neil Diamond’ is the best way for UK audiences to enjoy his beautiful songs in a live setting. ‘Sweet Caroline, Song Sung Blue, Cracklin’ Rosie’, and ‘Forever In Blue Jeans’, are the songs that soundtracked lives, the teenage dream and remain fixtures of personal and radio playlists everywhere.
I managed to speak to Fisher Stevens ahead of his appearance at the Victoria Hall on March 7th. Listen here:
