Police are appealing to the public to get in touch if they have seen, or have any information, over the whereabouts of Qasim Rashid from Cobridge in Stoke-on-Trent.
The 39-year-old is wanted in connection with a number of fraud offences.
He has connections in Stoke-on-Trent, Walsall and Leicester.
Rashid has a small indentation on the bridge of his nose, a one-inch scar to the right of one eyebrow and a two-inch scar above his right eye.
