Staffordshire Police are becoming increasingly concerned for missing Jermaine Bailey from Stoke-on-Trent.
The 15-year-old was last seen on November 13 at around 6.45pm on Dividy Road, Stoke-on-Trent.
Jermaine is described as a white male, of a slim build, 5’6 in height and having short dark brown hair.
It is believed Jermaine was last seen wearing a grey Nike tracksuit, black trainers and a black Canada Goose puffer jacket.
He has links in Stoke-on-Trent (Longton, Bentilee, Burslem) and Blythe Bridge.
Anyone who has seen Jermaine or anyone with information about his whereabouts should ring Staffordshire Police immediately on 101, quoting incident number 521 of November 14.
