Curlews are big beautiful birds and were once a common sight in our Staffordshire Moorlands. According to the RSPB they are now in danger of extinction in Europe and the U.K. Climate change is one of a number of reasons for their disappearance.

Climate change is affecting everything that lives on earth including curlews and ourselves; making it harder to live in safety.

Moorlands Climate Action are a group of local people who are working alongside the community and other organisations to find practical solutions which can protect our local area and the world from the effects of the climate crisis.
