North Staffordshire MIND Offers New Services During Pandemic

An unwanted by-product of the Coronavirus pandemic is the effect the numerous lockdowns and government restrictions have had on the nation’s mental health.

Organisations like North Staffs MIND have carried on delivering their services throughout these Covid times.

They have had to adapt the way they help their clients by moving services online.

North Staff MIND was founded in 1976 and around 8000 people per year access their trusted, specialist services which include:

  • counselling
  • befriending and mentoring
  • supported housing
  • social support groups
  • parents support group
