The opening weekend of North West Counties League fixtures have just been published.
For our local sides, Abbey Hulton United will start the 2024/25 season away at new boys Allscott Heath on Saturday 27th July before hosting Stafford Town on the 29th July.
Alsager Town meanwhile will face an early reunion with old managers Dean Jones and Dom Johnson as they will visit Winsford United first. Their first home game sees them playing New Mills on the following Tuesday.
Last season’s playoff semi-finalists, Sandbach United start the season with a home tie against Stafford Town before heading to Barnton on Wednesday 31st July.
Finally, Foley Meir who return to the North West Counties League following a season in the Staffordshire Counties Senior League, will kick start their season at home to Cammell Laird. Their first away game sees them go to Eccleshall on 31st July.
