We are becoming increasingly concerned for missing Tyler Davies from Stoke-on-Trent.
The 21-year-old was last seen at Harplands Hospital, Stoke-on-Trent, on November 7.
Tyler is described as mixed race, of a slim build, and 5’9 in height. It is believed he was wearing a grey hoody, navy blue joggers and white Adidas trainers.
Anyone who has seen Tyler or anyone with information about his whereabouts should ring Staffordshire Police immediately on 101, quoting incident number 494 of November 7.
