Congleton Easter Treats Day and Hop Around the Shops Trail

Congleton Town Council is delighted to invite families to the annual Easter Treats Day in the towncentre on Tuesday 31 March, from 11am-2pm.

This free, family-friendly event promises a wide rangeof activities. There is no need to book—families can simply turn up and enjoy the fun!Local organisations and groups will be taking part, offering a wide range of activities to keep thewhole family entertained. Artspace will host creative Easter-themed arts and crafts for children toenjoy, while Everybody Leisure will run fun and energetic games suitable for all ages.

Visitors with agreen thumb can join Congleton in Bloom for interactive seed planting activities and pick up tips ongardening, and Rotary Congleton will showcase a wildlife-themed stall, highlighting local nature andtheir conservation efforts.Adding to the excitement, the popular ‘Hop Around the Shops’ trail will run from 30 March-11 April.

Families are encouraged to explore local shops, spot posters, solve clues, and hunt for the missinggolden eggs. Participants can claim a free Easter treat at the end from Congleton Information Centre.

Trail sheets are available for download from the Town Council website or can be collected in person.Congleton Town Mayor, Cllr Robert Brittain said: “Easter Treats Day is a fantastic opportunity forfamilies to come together, celebrate the season, and support our wonderful local businesses.
