A Biddulph school was the first in Staffordshire to announce its closure during next week’s teacher’s strike. Following a ballot of its members, the National Education Union announced strike action would take place on Wednesday 1st February.
Biddulph High school made the announcement to parents this week in a letter from the Headteacher Mrs E Robinson.
The High School announced it would be closed to most pupils on that day, with provision for key-worker’s children and 6th form pupils.
