In a short new series of interviews, we have caught up with the various chairmen from our local non-league teams to see how preparation for the 2023/24 season is going for their respective clubs.
First up is Kidsgrove Athletics’ chairman Mick Fitzjohn.
We discuss some of the new signings made by the club as several players return, look at the work that is going on at the Autonet Insurance Stadium to improve facilities as well as talk about the Grove’s first friendly against Stoke City on Friday, where Mick informs us that the Potters have told him they’re bringing some of the first team players down.
