When Stoke-on-Trent Blues bassist Chris Bevington formed his 9-piece blues band The Chris Bevington Organisation back in 2012, he had no idea how successful it would be.
The blues community welcomed them with open arms. Reviewers waxed lyrical about their live performances and recordings culminating in the release of 4 studio albums and an award nomination for their live shows.
The band has had national radio airplay and they have been watched thousands of times on Youtube.
Chris and his band often feature on Moorlands Radio’s “local and live” segments throughout the day. Our News & Sports Editor Tony Walley recently spoke with Chris to find out how the pandemic had impacted upon him and his plans for the coming year – listen below:
