Police to host day of community action in Biddulph

Officers from the Staffordshire Moorlands Local Policing Team will be in Biddulph on Friday (10th March) hosting community day of action.
As part of the day, they will be joining with partners to speak to the local community to offer advice and support around drugs, alcohol, employment and housing.
Uniformed officers will also be patrolling the town to discuss any concerns.
Officers will be at the following locations:
– The Learning Curve, St John’s Toad, between 11am and 3pm
– Sainsbury’s, Wharf Road, between 5pm and 8pm.
Inspector Darren McGrath said: “Please use this opportunity to come and speak to us about any concerns you may have so we can help tackle issues that are really important to you and your community.
“We want to listen to you and work with our partners to best understand how we can help and support you.
“We want Biddulph to remain a safe and pleasant place to live, and we hope operations such as this will help us ensure a safe community for all.”
