Finally, our midweek show came live from Congleton Town on Tuesday night as Congleton took on Runcorn Linnets in the Cheshire Senior Cup. The Bears won 2-1 thanks to two goals from Max McCarthy. We review the game and look ahead to Congleton’s FA Vase clash at the weekend with manager Richard Duffy and goalkeeper Dave Parton.
