Moorlands arts project OUTSIDE, is set to continue until 2026 thanks to further funding.
The organisation announced this week that it had secured another year of funding taking it to March 2026.
The organisation, led by local people have been working with professional artists, co-curating arts and cultural activities and events.
Activities over the last 12 months have included Cheadle Moon, 24 Doors in Leek, and The Festival of Brilliant in Biddulph.
OUTSIDE is part of the Creative People and Places programme, supported using public funding by the National Lottery through Arts Council England.
The fund’s aim is to encourage more people taking the lead in choosing, creating and taking part in creative and cultural experiences in the places where they live.
OUTSIDE have already announced they are working on more projects including bringing back the ‘24 Doors’ this December in Leek.
