On Tuesday night (16th May), annual meetings of Biddulph Town Council and Leek Town Council took place.
In both meetings, town councillors elected the new Mayors and Deputy Mayors for 2023-2024 for both towns.
In Biddulph, Councillor Ken Harper was elected as the new Mayor with Councillor Nigel Yates as the new Deputy Mayor.
In Leek Councillor Matt Swindlehurst was elected Mayor with Councillor Barry Birch as Deputy Mayor.
