Person arrested in connection with damaged Leek cars

Following on from the news yesterday regarding the damage caused to multiple cars in the Leek area. A person has been arrested and is now assisting officers with their enquiries.

Police are continuing to ask for people to come forward if they have had their vehicles damaged over the weekend in the Leek area, or, if you have witnessed any damage to contact Police.

The windscreen of a Peugeot 206, parked on Prince Street, was damaged sometime between 2am and 10am on Saturday (11th February).

Later the same day, the windscreen of a black Vauxhall Corsa was damaged at around 5.25am.

Nothing was reported stolen.
