Port Vale have moved swiftly as news started to leak out of the Club with regard to this season’s retained list. Having already announced their departures via their social media channels, Tom Pett and Jamie Proctor are joined by Rory Holden, Derek Agyakwa, Sammy Robinson and Lucas Covolan departing the Club.
Whilst out of contract, Dan Jones, David Worrall, Ben Garrity, James Wilson, Mal Benning will all be offered contracts to remain with Aaron Donnelly (Nottingham Forest), Matty Taylor (Oxford United), Mipo Odubeko (West Ham United), Jack Stevens (Oxford United), Danny Butterworth (Blackburn Rovers) and Dennis Politic (Cremonese) returning to their parent clubs at the end of their loan periods.
