As part of their policy to support good causes the Werrington volunteers are holding a “come and enjoy” event in their Community Library & Wellbeing Centre.
The event is to raise money for the British Heart Foundation.
There will be a variety of beautifully coloured hand-knitted and crocheted hearts for sale kindly produced by Werrington’s famous Knit & Natter ladies.
The volunteers are preparing a ‘mouth-watering’ cake buffet along with Tea and Coffee.
The date is Friday 30th June 2023 and it will be on from 10am until 3pm, residents are encouraged to ‘drop-in’ when they have time.
