Moorlands Police are becoming increasingly concerned for 20-year-old Tobias who has been reported missing from the Staffordshire Moorlands area.
He was last seen in the Whiston area at 6.45am on Tuesday (21st March).
Tobias is described as white, of a slim build, about 6ft 2ins tall, with short blonde hair.
Anyone who has seen Tobias or anyone with information about his whereabouts is asked to contact Staffordshire Police online via LiveChat or call 101, quoting incident number 603 of 21st March.
